Ricky, your book is wonderful. You are just the best and I am proud of your accomplishments and consider myself fortunate to have been one of your stops along the way.

As usual, you did a great job yesterday! I have enjoyed your book and know that you will have great success with it.

I had planned to read your book in little doses over the course of a week.

Instead, I devoured the entire book today. Words will never be able to express my thanks for this book. I do not flatter or overstate when I say that your book is now on a very short list of inspirational yet practical books that guide me in this lifetime. You made me realize that there is so much my inexperienced absent-minded brain needs to do and learn. You set up a practical and inspirational blueprint that helps me to love myself enough that I feel the courage to take a stab at making more of a difference in my job and life. The end of your book is most important. Ten years ago, I would have laughed at your ending. Five years ago, I would have sighed and said that love and service isn't meant for me. My biggest impediment to fully launching myself into life has always been my interpretation of other people's actions. My high school peers and home community were not nice to me or my family back in the day. Girls have never seemed to be interested in me in any era of my life. So I became embittered for much of my youth. I have shifted away from that bitterness, but the ending to your book ensures I will never go back to that bitterness. I once truly felt that I did not have a place in this universe. You have reminded me that we all have a place in this universe. No one is excluded, despite what TV shows, gossip magazines, and Buckhead clubbers may think. I often held myself back in life because I thought I'd missed out on too much to get started creating relationships. You've reminded me, once and for all, that life is a beautiful journey that in many ways is just getting started. Forgive the long note, but it's rare to get the opportunity to thank you, a person whose life philosophy has helped cause a shift in my own values and principles, like this.

I read your book last week and wanted to give you my thoughts. It was a fun, easy read. While reading it, it felt like you and I were having a conversation. I could hear your voice reading it to me. It inspired me to rethink my networking. I have slacked off on networking lately and your book has inspired me to get out more. It also inspired me to proactively seek out new people at events rather than talk to the same ones each time. So now I look for someone I don’t recognize and attempt to talk to them.

Thanks for taking the time to write the book!

Great book. I’m in between business trips to Israel and Mexico, but when I return to the office next week, I’m going to order a bunch more copies of the book, to hand out to the attorneys in my practice group. I’m also going to suggest my partners do the same. The book can be a great resource to attorneys in their client development and outreach efforts.

I am impressed with your servant leadership approach. I am not at all surprised with this, since I think you exemplify the very best of the servant leader. This book really is speaking to my heart, and it is a pleasure to see the names of people who endorsed your book who share my feelings of appreciation for you. Keep up your great work, and count me among your admirers!
